Deborah Hui has been with Ines Min PR since 2022, where she supports media outreach and account management. She has helped secure coverage in outlets such as CBC, CTV, Breakfast TV, Aesthetica Magazine, and more.

A big believer in artists supporting artists, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge from the classical music world, with years of experience as a performing chamber musician and music educator. She has an extensive understanding of how to tailor performances and curriculum for audiences and students, and brings this expertise to helping artists and cultural changemakers share their craft with the media. Previously, Deborah held roles at Murray Paterson Marketing Group, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Music on Main, and Theatre Under the Stars.

Deborah holds degrees from the University of British Columbia, Baylor University, and a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from the University of Colorado Boulder. Having lived in Toronto and across the US, Deborah is proud to be back in Vancouver and support her hometown’s ecosystem of cultural practitioners. In her spare time, you can find her volunteering with her local neighbourhood house’s food security programs, making up silly (but pragmatic) songs for her toddler, or loosely following recipes in the kitchen.
